My Philosophy

When I learn something new, I can’t wait to share it with my students. This could be anything from the philosophies behind the Chinese body energy clock or a simple way to alleviate discomfort in your joints by holding yoga postures for a long time.

There is so much we can learn about ourselves and our bodies through meditation and asanas. When we hold our poses, we open our hearts and our minds to deeper feelings and emotions. We let love and compassion in, and return it back to the universe. We begin our transformation into softer, more content human beings.

Private Lessons

Bettelynn offers private and semiprivate lessons in her home studio in New Hope, PA.  All levels welcome. This is a great way to work on your individual goals or get back to your yoga practice.

Bettelynn will customize a workshop or lecture for your group. She will teach the basics of Yin and other styles of restorative yoga, share her knowledge of meditation and relaxation techniques, and lead classes or interactive workshops. Appropriate for employee wellness initiatives, universities, athletes and others interested in experiencing the mind-body healing arts.
